We ship accessories directly from our factory warehouse, while ebike are stocked locally and shipped from our California warehouse. So if you ordered both together, it's possible that the ebike will arrive first and the accessories will follow later.
No. The GTX 2026 is limited to a maximum assisted speed of 28 mph and cannot be unlocked to 35 mph.
Some earlier versions may have allowed different speed settings, but this function is no longer available on the GTX 2026. The updated speed configuration is designed to support safer operation, improve regulatory compliance, and keep the bike within commonly recognized Class 3 electric bike limits.
For the best riding experience, please use the GTX 2026 with its original factory settings and follow all applicable local electric bike laws.
