I ordered two (2 ) items for my bike back rack and rear footpegs Been three weeks and no footpegs several enquiries now and Zero response. If they dont have stock right now thats fine ...... its been a while but nothing !!! No response

After 20 days, I’m still waiting for the fourth item in my order. Unfortunately, I need to return all of the items in my order, but I’m still waiting for a reply from customer service for the missing item and return authorization for all. Very disappointed.

Very nice bike, but I’m only able to get max speed of 20mph. When I purchased was advised this bike would hit top speed of 28mph. I’ve done tons of research and cannot find any information. If you purchase this bike, make sure that you discuss the max speed prior to for your needs.

It’s a good rack and it looks cool but it didn’t come with the proper screw, the wrench for the nut, and I didn’t receive the instructions but luckily there was a YouTube video from someone else. Cool looking rack though
