Good rack but missing parts

It’s a good rack and it looks cool but it didn’t come with the proper screw, the wrench for the nut, and I didn’t receive the instructions but luckily there was a YouTube video from someone else. Cool looking rack though

Bike rack and battery

I love the bike rack. It’s a nice addition to my electric bike, but I’m still waiting to get my second battery.

needs instructions

The shipment includes no instructions. Should be atleast a QR code linking to instructions. On your website it does not indicate which Rack to use with the GTX model.

Have not received item.

I will not be purchasing items from RAEV in the future. Seems like it will be another week before I see the items I purchased. I believe that GT X is a great bicycle and I will enjoy it. I am confused on this matter….i asked the store that I purnased my bike from if the batteries were UL approved and his reply that it was YES. I see UL ON THE CHARGER AND NOT ON BATTERY. So, is the battery UL approved or not? Awaiting your reply.

Hey Richard, can you please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram with your order number so we can check the status of your order. Also please clarify if you ordered your bike directly from our website or from a dealer? And, yes the batteries are UL Listed.
