In accordance with our warranty policy, RAEV electric bikes purchased from the official website are covered for manufacturing defects in original mechanical and electrical components for 24 months from the delivery date.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

We ship accessories directly from our factory warehouse, while ebike are stocked locally and shipped from our California warehouse. So if you ordered both together, it's possible that the ebike will arrive first and the accessories will follow later.
Yes. The Bullet GT V2 allows riders to adjust the speed setting through the display menu.
To access the speed settings:
- Press and hold the “–” button to enter the password screen.
- Enter 1212 to open the speed settings menu.
- Adjust the speed setting as needed.
- Press and hold the power button to save the setting and exit.
Please note that increasing the factory speed limit may affect the bike’s legal classification and where it can be ridden. Riders are responsible for following all applicable federal, state, and local electric bike laws.
For safety, higher-speed settings should only be used in appropriate riding conditions and where permitted by law.
