Each new electric bike sold by RAEV E-Bikes (“RAEV”) includes a 24-month Limited Warranty for the original retail purchaser, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions stated in this policy.
PROOF OF PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE.
Every new RAEV electric bike includes a 24-Month Limited Warranty for the original retail purchaser, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and eligibility requirements described below.
This warranty applies to qualifying purchases made directly from RAEV or an authorized RAEV dealer or distributor.
Proof of purchase and product registration are required for warranty coverage.
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date the electric bike is delivered to the original purchaser.
The 24-Month Limited Warranty applies to eligible RAEV electric bikes delivered on or after March 1, 2026.
RAEV electric bikes delivered before March 1, 2026 remain subject to the warranty terms that were in effect on their original delivery date.
2. What Is Covered
During the applicable 24-month warranty period, RAEV warrants the following original components against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance:
- Bike frame
- Battery
- Original mechanical components
- Original electrical components
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing or material defects determined to be eligible under this Limited Warranty.
3. Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty coverage:
The bike must have been purchased directly from RAEV or an authorized RAEV dealer or distributor.
The individual requesting warranty service must be the original retail purchaser and first owner of the bike.
The warranty is not transferable following resale or transfer of ownership.
The bike must have been used according to its intended purpose and maintained appropriately.
RAEV electric bikes covered under this policy are designed for use on paved roads.
Electrical components, connectors, wiring, or other covered systems must not have been improperly modified or repaired.
Proof of purchase and product registration may be required before warranty service is approved.
4. Warranty Claims
Product registration and warranty claims are separate processes.
Registering your bike activates and documents your product information but does not itself submit a warranty claim.
If you experience an issue that you believe may qualify for warranty coverage, please submit a Warranty Claim with:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Bike model
- Serial or frame number
- Description of the issue
- Relevant photos and/or videos
- Contact information
RAEV may request additional information, diagnostic steps, photos, videos, or inspection before determining warranty eligibility.
5. Inspection and Shipping
In some cases, RAEV may require a bike or component to be returned for inspection.
Return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided before any warranty-related return.
If RAEV confirms that the issue is an eligible manufacturing defect covered by this Limited Warranty, RAEV will cover or reimburse reasonable authorized shipping costs.
If the issue is determined not to be covered by this Limited Warranty, the customer will be responsible for applicable inspection, labor, repair, replacement, and shipping costs.
6. Original Purchaser Requirement
This Limited Warranty is provided only to the original retail purchaser.
Warranty rights do not automatically transfer to subsequent owners if the bike is resold, gifted, or otherwise transferred.
