Took a month before my item even shipped, I had to follow up several times before it got sent out. Good product, but arrived with no installation instructions (fenders for my bike). These guys need to up their game. Disorganized and poor customer service. They would not even offer me free shipping even though my item did not ship for a month!!

received my gtx from a local dealer in Quebec,Canada ( Electrique avenue). 10 days and it was on my doorstep. Impeccable packaging. Did my first ride tonight and WOW it's 100 times better than I thought. 100%

I would like to share one thing the packaging was not good. It came beat up and parts was missing. I’ve notified them about but not heard anything back.
