One month in and nearing 350km's. It's changed my life as someone who walked, car pooled or used a regular old pedal bike for years. I'll try to rember to come back and update this review after a while to keep it accurate.
To keep it simple and short. The product is great. The staff are great. The cost is great. I'm waiting for the catch. But so far so, so much better than I expected. I will say, it is not a pedal bike. The seats a bit low. At least for my long legged 6' arse. But as a cruiser / urban commuter, aa I've used it. It's awesome. Amazing even. It looks sweet to! Gets tons of compliments! If I had more money, I'd get more batteries for mine. But, more importantly buy a few more for my friends and family! Thank you RAEV. Much love from no doubt many of your blissfully happy customers. Please, please keep up the quality work and service!

Received my GTX last week, it’s a fantastic machine & worth every penny. Highly recommend,, Although the shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting, communication with RAEV customer service was top notch. I will be ordering the 52V8AH extra battery as soon as they are available again,,

We've had the GTX for less than one month and have had quite a few issues. The bike looks awesome, feels sturdy and is definitely fun to ride. However, the throttle often stays engaged, even when not depressed and twice my son has fallen off the bike because he couldn't stop the bike. Additionally, when the battery drops to 50% or so, the motor only works when you are pedaling. In other words, the bike doesn't operate without pedaling. Finally, the brakes are very squeaky.
Each time I have called customer service I am asked to unplug a yellow wire that I cannot find and to send a video of the problem. Given that the issues don't always happen, it is impossible to take a video. I've also been told that replacement parts can be sent, but I am not a bike shop, so I don't know how I am supposed to fix the bike myself.
I hope the issues can be fixed, as one of the main reasons I purchased a RAEV was because of the 2 year warranty many other manufacturers don't offer. To say I am disappointed is an understatement as this was an expensive gift. If the issues can be fixed relatively quickly and easily and they do not persist, my rating will definitely change and I may purchase a second bike for my wife. The problems we are having are the only reasons I have not purchased a second bike.

Bike shipped and arrived quickly with no damage or missing parts. Easy to assemble. I purchased this model due to the heavier tires and believe all ebikes should just take it even further and start using full motorcycle tires. Great company!
