Return Policy

At RAEV Bikes, we are committed to offering the finest products and services to our consumers. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we provide a return policy to make your interaction with us as simple and hassle-free as possible.

1) Eligibility

New and Unused Items Within 30 Days of Receipt:
We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund with 15% restocking fee. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

Used Items:

To be eligible for a return, the electric bike must have fewer than twenty (20) miles on the odometer and show no signs of wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other indication of use. The bike must be in the same condition and packaging as when it was received and must include all items that were inside the box (such as the charger, keys, etc.). The electric bike must be repackaged using the original shipping materials and box.

As long as these conditions are met, we will accept your return. However, return shipping costs and a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original purchase price will apply.


New and Unused Items Outside the 30-Day Window:
If you wish to make a return outside of the 30-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with a receipt or other proof of purchase.

You are allowed to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery via support@raevbikes.com. Return request submitted 30 days after the delivery date will not be approved. 

2) Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on complimentary orders and customer orders that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or regular wear and tear. In addition, products that have been altered or tampered with will not be accepted for return.

3) Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email  our Customer Support team at support@raevbikes.com. we will supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and walk you through the process.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received it. Additionally, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your return is accepted, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original mode of payment within ten business days.

4) Return Shipping Expenses

The client is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

The final refund amount would be subject to the deductions of restocking fees, return shipping fees, and the insurance cost of the original order.

For return orders, refund will be approved after the return package is successfully delivered and inspected by warehouse. Customers will be notified via email and shall receive a refund back to the original payment method. Please be aware that bank or credit card companies may take additional time up to 30 days to process the refund.
