Replacement Controller

I am less than happy dealing with support. I received an invoice for a new controller on 8/9. I paid for said invoice 8/10. On 8/15 i requested an update since I didn’t get a confirmation or shipping data. On 8/16 received email about having to check with their warehouse. 8/28 I requested another update with no response. 8/30 I requested to cancel my order and get refunded. 8/30 I received email saying they contacted finance about a refund. It’s now 9/12 and I haven’t been refunded or contacted in any way.

RAEV was pretty responsive when I needed a replacement controller for me GTX. Got the motor and controller a week apart. Not cheap though, but seems to work. Still a bit bummed both modules crapped out in just couple years of owning my GTX. But the RAEV CS was professional and efficient…and the parts drop shipped from China…and working well.
