Cancellation Policy

At RAEV Bikes, we are committed to offering the finest products and services to our consumers. To cancel a placed order, please contact us at before the order ships out.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may submit a cancellation request but there is no guarantee that the cancellation will be successful.

If your order has already shipped, Please wait for the order to deliver and contact our Customer Support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery. Rejecting the delivery or failing to follow the return procedure might cause item loss in transit or reject by warehouse due to no return registration which might lead to ineligibility of refund or replacement.

Order modifications are not possible once the items have been ordered. You can only cancel the order, please refer to the above information for details.

Address changes may be necessary, but we cannot modify the shipping or billing address once your order has been confirmed. All bike orders require a signature upon delivery, and therefore, you will not be able to request an address change with the carrier. If you need to make an address change for a bike delivery, please contact our Customer Support team directly. Any changes to the bike order address must be approved by RAEV and are subject to additional rerouting fees (varies by specific address).

After we have received your return package and confirmed that the package is complete and the product is unused and  in the same condition as you received. Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee (per bike unit) deducted from the final refund.
