Sent a faulty product

This box may well be a good product but I don’t yet know. It arrived with no assembly instructions but I can tell I am missing a proper side to which the box latches attach. So it doesn’t hinge and open and latch like it should. Terrible customer service so far. Have written multiple emails and called several times.

Holds my surron 60max battery and my rrv2 battery at the same time.
4 stars because shipping took a month...
Hopefully it does what it says.
I hope I never have too find out if it does.
Might buy another so I don't have 2 batteries in one box
